Bozeman’s economic and architectural past are rooted in agriculture. Today, the Barn District celebrates Bozeman roots by preserving agrarian architecture and developing new buildings that give a nod to the past. Two historic barns were relocated to this site nearly two decades ago and a third was built in 2005. This cross generational place is new, vibrant and offers 20,000 square feet of space for a mixed-use community hub. The larger barn, known as “The Big White Barn” is home to Captains and Cowboys. The Hop Lounge is located in the second barn. Bozeman Children’s Academy sits in the building west of the Big Barn and The Garage is in the building to the south of the little barn.
