The NEst

Located within the Bozeman city limits, The Nest is a thoughtfully planned residential development on a 5.41-acre infill site that had been overlooked amid completed developments. SO-RED recognized its potential and transformed it into a thriving community. The site plan, which features 13 lots and 45 multifamily units, including duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes, was crafted with a focus on enhancing residents’ work-life balance, educational needs, and leisure activities. A natural wetland on the property was preserved and integrated into a serene walking trail that meanders along the western edge, offering a peaceful retreat for all residents. The Nest exceeded expectations for both investors and residents through attention to detail and a research-driven approach, setting a new standard for quality living in the area.
