The NEst

From the start of the development project for the Nest, it was clear that this residential development had the potential to offer valuable features for its future residents. The Nest needed to provide homes that build on the surrounding lifestyle with Gallatin High School, Petra Academy, and Bozeman’s trails and parks nearby. SO-RED’s goal for this project was to provide valuable insight during the development process to cultivate the Nest into exactly what residents need for their active families.

Implementing our initial research, we assisted development on the Nest to ensure that the resulting residential space added as much value as possible to the residents. We considered factors like work-life habits, education, and leisure-time activities to create a residential space that matched the lifestyle of the Nest’s inhabitants. Every feature that went into the space was designed to enhance the quality of life of each resident. With the help of SO-RED, the Nest exceeded expectations for investors and residents through attention to detail and effective application of research.
